         There might be so many reason why this could happen, all we can do is do the things possible that would fix the problem. All the steps are suggestions and might not work for everyone, but for those who had successfully fixed it using these steps – Happy Gaming!

If game is already installed:

1.    Add the game to your anti-virus exclusion folder, it might be preventing from connecting to the game.


Example: Avast Exclusion Process

Step 1.

2. Turnoff Firewall

3. Install registry fixer software (e.g. Advance System Care, CCLeaner etc.)

a.      Fix registry and clean computer

Try the game if it works, if not – Re-install the game (follow the proper procedure below)

Installation Process

1. Go the drive you want to install the game

2. Create a folder on it and remember its location

3. Move the installer to that folder

4.   Add the folder to the antivirus protection exclusion as shown in 1 above
5. Turn off Firewall and antivirus (optional)

6. Run installer and put it on the folder you just created

7. Run the game and let it patch
